Purchase

The minimum semen order is 5 straws, unless otherwise indicated. This is intended to ameliorate any shipping and handling charges. Single embryo purchases are welcome however. Import / export laws restrict our sales to buyers residing in the United States.

Shipping

Due to the specialized storage and handling requirements of frozen genetic material, we are unable to calculate shipping costs at the time of purchase. Most of the semen is stored at Hoffman A.I. Breeders in Logan, UT, while some of the embryos reside there and the rest are in Dallas, Oregon. Depending on your distance, the cost of shipping typically ranges between $175 and $275 dollars. To avoid the weekends, semen is usually shipped out on Mondays so buyers should plan ahead and order the bull semen or embryos they want to use 2-3 weeks ahead of when they plan to use it. All questions regarding shipping should be referred to the respective facility.

Order Fulfillment

Once payment has gone through, we will contact the storage facility to release the purchased items within several business days, and send an email confirming fulfillment of the order. The new owners must then contact the location to arrange the delivery method and pay the shipping fees. Alternatively, we usually make one trip to the mid-West each year, so it may possible to meet us to transfer semen in person rather than having it shipped.
