Accuracy of Information on the Site

We do our best to ensure that information on the Site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All animal information, products, descriptions and prices of products on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about the animals and their products for sale.

The inclusion of any animal on the Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these animals will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

Limitations and Conditions of Sale

Listed prices are for single straws. Purchasing straws constitutes a transfer of ownership to the buyer, but does not include any arrangement or payment for delivery of the straws to the buyer from the third-party storage facilities (“Storage Facilities”).

Shipping and Delivery

Due to the specialized storage and handling requirements of frozen semen and embryos (“Breeding Material”), we delegate storage and shipping to Storage Facilities. These Storage Facilities will charge their own shipping rates, and arrangements must be made separately with them after purchase from the Site for either shipment via a common carrier (“Carrier”) or pickup in person.

Disclaimers of Liability

• We cannot guarantee that usage of Breeding Material purchased through the Site will result in an animal settling or carrying the pregnancy to term.

• We are not involved in storage or shipping, and therefore assume no liability for losses or damage due to actions of the Storage Facilities or Carrier.
